Important Topics For Eclipse Season 2023
This eclipse season has been inspiring our competitive interest and testing our intentions. How invested are we in our investments? It’s not necessarily the best time to start anything new, but opportunities can arise from what we’ve already invested ourselves into. Remember that an opportunity can also be unwanted, but we’d hope for it to be one that’s beneficial to our plans and expectations. We have been seeing the signs that there’s a need for change. In our relationships, work and any commitments. We feel more passion and confidence to stand up for ourselves. During the first total solar eclipse in Aries, it was a great time to finally address any issues in our relationships and commitments. Our passion and ability to stand up for ourselves through chaos was and still is being tested. Last minute changes and decisions have been made in our relationships, work and communities which may have affected our finances and any practical aspects of our lives.
This lunar eclipse in Scorpio will bring forward our fears, insecurities and power struggles. This gives us the opportunity to protect and defend ourselves and to stand our ground. The strength of our commitments are being tested on a conditional basis. How invested are we really? Are we able to stay invested and committed as conditions begin to change?
Any physical, mental or emotional health concerns can be less of a problem if we chose to address it now rather than later. You’ll notice that people seem to be looking for a problem more so now, so the satisfaction of having one’s ducks in a row can go a long way. As long as you have yourself together, then other people’s misjudgments are merely due to their own issues and insecurities.
Solar and lunar eclipses are learning experiences. God and the universe communicate to us in broad and extreme ways. Every eclipse season, the universe is speaking a little bit louder. The messages we receive are more intense and often abrupt, like an alarm. Those who have been struggling or reluctant to change face the most difficulty because nobody likes being forced to learn.
Eclipse season 2023 dates:

Positive affirmations & spiritual reprogramming
Although affirmations are always useful and helpful, divine timing increases its effectiveness. Eclipse season is great for positive affirmations because ourselves or others may be going through hardship or difficulty.
As human beings living on this earth, we are constantly around other people and a great way to protect your energy is by reminding yourself how you feel and who you are. Especially for anything you feel positively about. For example, if you feel happy about your career or your relationship. Remind yourself that you are satisfied and appreciative of your position at work. Or that you are happily in love with your partner. This helps prevent other people’s unhappiness from disturbing your happy place. Empaths can feel free to go out and connect with others and be less susceptible to subconscious attacks.
So for empaths especially, positive affirmations and spiritual reprogramming can prevent negative energy from invading your mental and emotional space.
Knowing when to listen and when to challenge your body
One of the biggest conflicts with our health today is acknowledging the needs of our body. Today we have the opportunity to better take care of ourselves. Many of us have been given more freedom in our daily lives, from school or work. Although our society still prefers to keep busy, we have also been given the opportunity to slow down a little. We need to be more in tuned with our body. Some of us need to treat our bodies a bit better while others may need more of a challenge. Knowing when and how to respond to the body when we are thirsty, when we are hungry and when we are tired is beneficial to our health and our mood. It’s better to challenge our bodies when we feel strong, and listen more to our body when we feel vulnerable.
Since this lunar eclipse will be on scorpio, it’s best to listen to our bodies more than challenge it. We are so use to drinking that cup of coffee in the middle of the day when we are feeling drowsy, instead of taking a mental rest. Maybe meditating, taking a power nap or doing a deep breathing exercise can help restore some energy. Then maybe go for that cup of coffee. This would be listening to your body rather than challenging it.
Gratitude and self acceptance as an option for closure
Those with courage have less fear about something not working out. If one’s courage is supplied in mostly pure ways, appreciation and self-acceptance outweighs any disappointment. The intentions behind whatever we invest ourselves into strongly influence how we feel about the results. Our society is attempting to breakaway from all these superficial values. Some gains are tangible, while others are knowledgeable and a source of wisdom. Gaining experience and having a moral to extract is a way of winning and gaining courage for future opportunities. When we practice self-acceptance, we take responsibility for our actions and the decisions that we make. This helps in building confidence and having a strong sense of self. It also balances out the need for superficial expectation and instead incorporates a healthy dose of appreciation and gratitude.
Practicing the art of temperance
It’s rare for good things to just happen without time or effort. Most of what is rushed may not last long or be good in quality. Sometimes we have to spend a little extra money to get something of better quantity or quality. Sometimes we need more to time to fully understand whether or not we should involve or invest ourselves into something. They say that good things come to those who wait. Those that seem to live happy and healthy lives tend to practice moderation. Regardless, we can’t deny that practicing balance is key in most people’s philosophical principles and lifestyle. There’s an expectation of time, effort and persistence towards success or the completion of anything.
